I was trying to get Shadowlabs for the Kara key fregment (yes still), and I was looking in LFG (yeah i know what you are going to say) and I saw a group in need of a healer. So I wispered the leader and he said that they had just found a healer. Just my luck. So I went to Auchindon and saw the group sitting there. I asked is they still needed a healer. He said no. I went afk for 5 minutes and saw them again. He said no again. I asked someone in his group if they had a healer and they said said yes. I asked their group leader why he didn't want me healing and he said resto shamans suck at healing, and he wanted a real healing class.
Its not like my gear is bad. I have 850ish to healing as resto, 94 mana per 5, and 9000 mana.
Did I just run into a moron or are resto shammies no longer considered good?

Hes an idiot.
I am a 70 Resto shaman, and people are always asking for heals.
He probably just had a bad experience.
But Resto Shamans are no worse at healing that any other class.
And we bring Totems to the table :).
