Is this a PvP spec? i was told that Subtlety wasa good PvP talent tree...armory link is below. i guess the real question is do you have to have shadow step for subtlety to work?

ShS is good for some things like keeping up with blinking mages, however there are a lot of builds that focus on going 30/31 or 31/30 or some variant of which.
hemo is used as the primary DD/Combo point ability in this case. preperation makes any pvp build complete. you could go 41 into sub, youll get some interesting talents like cheat death. its up to you and your playstyle.
