I have looked, but I can't seem to find what I am lookig for. What is the best way to go for PvP. I know it all depends on how you play, but could someone point me in the right direction. I am looking for the MAX DPS a hunter can get through my talent tree for PvP.

the best dps build is quite simply 41/20/0, however in PvP it wont be all that great.
Simply because PvP isnt based around doing the most dps.
PvP is about Burst damage and surviving burst damage.
If you keep that in mind, building a PvP build isnt all that tough.

So what would you suggest that I spec in?

A spec with big Hits/Crits for burst damage and extra tricks/hp to survive burst damage.

So try making a build and post it here, then we can help you further.

Without giving you a specific build I can tell you that hands-down the best PvP builds are MM or a MM/SV hybrid. As stated, max DPS is simply not the way you win in PvP. The higher you get the more you realize (or fail to realize and subsequently lose) that PvP is all about control and the ability to counter your opponent's control. Unfortunately, Hunters can't counter jack squat (unless they spec TBW, but then they kind of end up like the three-minute Mages of old), but by gearing MM/SV and focusing on traps and shots, they can bring a reasonably impressive amount of control.

So in theroy, what could be the best all around pvp class to go for if all you wanted to do was pvp? Would it be a Pally?

Paladins are good healers, but certainly not the best all around. As DPS'ers specced Retribution, they're a pretty bad joke.

If you look at the arena, the best DPS classes are Warriors, Warlocks, and Rogues. In what order they fall depends on the bracket and when/where the data was taken, but it's those three regardless. No other class whose job it is to actually damage and kill opponents even comes close.

All healers can be effective in PvP, and the order in which they fall really depends on the bracket and team matrix, but at least in my opinion the best healers are, in order: Druid, Priest, Paladin, Shaman.
