Right now im really confused on "what" talent build is best for bgs
currently im using 12/41/3 and ima lvl 65

why don't you try different builds yourself? It all just depends on your play style. Some people will tell you having a BM build is awesome, others swear by MM, and there are also a ton of SV hunters in BGs.
You're level 65, you should have a decent enough feel for the class to decide on what's best for yourself.

There is no "best" build for, anything really. There's just what you feel good using. Test run a few cookie cutter builds and see how they feel, and stick with the one you like best.

You won't really get the best out of that build unless you pile on the +strength gems though.
you just made my merry christmas that little bit more merry. I cant wait to try it out!
