Not sure if I mentioned it, but I e-mailed their escalation department. I got a response yesterday (I'm slow to check my mail).

I accuse wowmine.com of fraud. I accuse wowmine.com of advertising using stolen World of Warcraft accounts. Allow me to elaborate.
I saw an advertisement about 3 hours ago suggesting you were selling World of Warcraft gold for 5 USD per 1000. This seemed much too good to be true, so I checked it out. Big surprise, you're really charging 70 dollars for it. Your main page says otherwise, though. When I attempted to figure out what was going on via your live chat, it was obvious that either the representative had no idea how to handle this, or had been told to simply lie. You may read the log on these screenshots I have taken.

I did indeed report wowmine.com to the Better Business Bureau. If I do not receive a satisfactory response to this e-mail within 72 hours, I will also report wowmine.com for fraud and do my best to have you shut down. By satisfactory, I do not mean a form letter, or more of the same "we are sorry for the inconvenience". I want the dates the promotion ran, and I want the issue of stealing a World of Warcraft account to advertise explained. I'd also like an explanation as to why you advertise in game, which is expressly forbidden by the World of Warcraft EULA (which is a binding contract that you violate thousands of times on a daily basis).
And their response...

Dear customer,
We now have a new discount. We will send coupon code to your e-mail, if you registered on our website. You can enjoy our new discount now.
Best regards,
www.wowmine.com
Priceless. Anyone know how to report a company for fraud?
Edit: Just checked out their new "discount" and it's a stupid lottery style thing. They pick a bunch of random numbers and letters, and depending on how many of those letters and numbers are in your order number, you get different things. Such amazing deals as 5% off, or 5% extra gold on your order. You have to match 4 out of 6 characters to get 50% more gold, which is the first one that's more than a slap in the face. 5/6 gets you your order free, and 6/6 gets you your order free with a 50% bonus. Since 7 random letter/numbers are chosen, and there are 36 possibilities, assuming that the order numbers are random gives you a 7/36 ^ 6 chance of getting the best prize. That comes out to .005% chance. I'd be shocked if anyone got that.
