hi all.. j/w im pretty decked just wondering for a 2hander doi need any hit rating and how much i have 80 atm i usually raid as resto and just got some nice gear over the past month for enhancement and got the hammer of naaru from HKM in gruuls and i seem to get dodged a lot so j/w how much hit rating i needed and wat is the cap for enhancement shamans
Your Hit Rating has to deal with MISS RATE.
Your special attacks have an inherent 5% miss chance. You have around 80 hit rating, that is plenty to get you by as 2H. But, if you aren't at max weapon skill, that is the main reason you were seeing so many Dodges.

Attack from behind so the mobs/boss doesn't dodge (or as much)

They dodge at the same rate no matter what direction. Attacking from the back prevents parries, not dodges.
