I wasn't impressed with the healer in the run from the beginning but of course i was the one taking damage.
Please don't fall into this trap. Some days it may very well be the healer, but I can tell you right now you're not geared for heroic tanking**. You're making things needlessly hard on the healer and there's only so fast they can get heals off.
Yes, mobs hit HARD in heroics. Hard, and often fast. You can still be critted, your mitigation is pretty bad too (why did you go holy and not go into the ret tree for your remaining points?). Add all of that together and even with the best healer you're going to be tough to keep up.
The best mentality you can have as a tank (and I would pretty much say as a player) is to not blame other people for shortcomings and failures. Particularly when you don't have room to talk. Sure there are going to be obvious idiots, but until you're squared away for something, it's just as much your fault as anyone else's. And the longer you blame other people the less you'll fix what needs fixing with your toon and the more miserable you'll make everyone in the meantime.
The good thing is that you're probably geared well enough for the regulars that you shouldn't need to swap back to holy to gear up. Just run the stuff that drops the gear on the gear sticky. When you get yourself squared away then try heroics again.
**actually I'm sort of confused by your gear - I wondered when I saw the healing libram if it was your PVP set but then I saw all the defense gear. Icy weapon enchant? Str/Stam gems? AP/Stam gems? SPIRIT ench on the chestplate??
