Alright, I'm a lvl 19 Dwarf Warrior going Arms right this second. I'm going to hit 20 soon and get berserker, I was originally planning to respec fury, but I want a second opinion.
I'm a typically casual gamer, get in groups when I can, mostly soloing though. I have never played warrior before so I don't know all that much about the class. Any help?

You get zerker at 30. Fury is considered easiest for levelling, I'd just respec now.
Read the post at the top called "Warrior FAQ". If you have any questions after reading through that, ask us. These "Tell me all there is about the class"-posts aren't very well-thought-of, since there's a sticky to answer them.
i would rate this post down if i could for showing no signs of thinking before posting and needless alarmism... i was expecting a question only a "warrior guru" could answer.
