i have a pally but im thinking i wana rouge instead im new so my pally is only lvl 13 so its not totally starting over what should i do??

Well, if I were you and I wanted a rouge, I would go to the nearest pharmacy and buy one.
Just make sure you get a color that compliments your natural skin tone nicely.
