Any one have a macro for this combo or part of it that you would post would be cool. I'm looking to during a (fight)-- gouge,wait 5.5sec, stealth, and then sap my target. Any hints to do this will help me greatly in that I have no idea where to start.
You can't make a macro to do what you want.
There are no /wait commands in Blizz's macros.
The best you might be able to do would be a castsequence macro.
Something like
/castsequence Gouge, Stealth, Sap.
Other than that you'll have to have each ability hotkeyed.
Which I honestly can't see why you wouldn't already..

Why would you need a macro to do something over five seconds? Are you that lazy?

It'd be helpful to be able to just spam one button, especially for the Stealth->Sap bit.
It should be...
/cast [nostealth, combat] Gouge; [nostealth] Stealth; Sap
