Add onsFollow

Uhhh...when you shift forms, look beneath your green health bar. In bear form the red one is rage, and in cat form the yellow one is energy. Sorry to be a smartass, but I myself don't know what you'd be looking for in the addon you describe.

Here's some quick ones off the top of my head. I'm too lazy to link them myself atm. With the names and a quick visit to Curse gaming you should be good to go.

As far as other add-ons, any druid needs to roll with either Outfitter or ItemRack in my opinion.

There's one called DruidBar that displays a special mana bar when you're in bear or cat form, that's nice.

SmartBuff is handy even for us ferals because you can set up your mouse wheel to rebuff your MotW, Thorns, and OoC if you're under 5 or 10 minutes on 'em...I end up self-buffing unintentionally when I'm zooming the camera in or out. : )

You can get a headsup display called ArcHud that displays various metrics in circular form around the center of the screen...you can show your own levels of health, mana/energy/rage, casting progress, etc, as well as the same on all of that stuff on your current target, whether mob or player. It's kinda neat, nothing particularly druid-specific though, I only mention it because of your comment about energy and rage bars.

I use HealBot a lot even as a feral druid, for popping out to barkskin/regrowth, managing buffs, etc. You can use it for spells/abilities other than healing as well.
