Why do most Assassination spec's have Murder? It seems like those two points could be spent in a much better place (Imp. KS anyone?). Maybe I am just crazy but the math doesn't seem to work out for me:
Murder: 2% dmg increase against a few mobs. Thats 2 extra dmg per 100 dmg. Only for the rogue.
Imp KS: (3 talent points) 9% dmg increase for everyone while stunned, and the tank takes no dmg while the mob is stunned. Not a whole lot, but more that 2%

Do you Kidney Shot boss mobs much?
It looks like you swapped 2 points in murder for 2 points in imp Eviscerate, Instead of 2 points in murder for 3 points in imp KS...

well lets put it this way
2/3 imp ks = 6% during KS
2/2 murder = 2% all the time
if you ONLY do 5pt KS's and you do them as often as humanly possible
its 6% bonus every 6 seconds in a 20 second period
thats a average of 1.8% increase
while murder is flat 2% increase (better yield for 2 points) and is usable in most raid situations
and considering some people just arent fans of imp evis, its really worth the 2 points
imp ks = better for pvp
murder = better overall

Y'know, it might be worth it to spend a couple extra points and grab both. I think thats what I did when I went muti.
Kidney Shot can be trinketed (and usually is), and many mobs are just immune to stun. In a PvE environment, there are very few cases that you can use KS and not be called a dumbass.

well for combo swords pve its generally picked up over impiserate, because you dont evis much at all in raids. so 2% damage increase stacked with the other % damage increase talents really adds up.
