Question about Talents and BuffsFollow

Ok, bare with me as it's early morning, just got off work, and am going to bed soon :P

My question is do the talents Sacred Duty and Combat Expertise affect the amount of Stamina gained from things like Gift of the Wild, Prayer of Fortitude, Elixir of Mastery, etc..?

I never bothered to check as I was getting buffed before, and my account being temporarily down during the Holidays I can't check right now either, but it's something I was thinking about just now.

A sad attempt at math (correct me if some numbers are wrong):
Prayer of Fortitude grants 102 Stamina talented.
Gift of the Wild grants 18 Stamina talented.
So with those 2 buffs you'd be gaining 120 Stamina without SD and CE, but with those 2 talents a Paladin would get 139 Stamina right? Or would those buffs not be affected and a Paladin with SD and CE still get only 120 Stamina?

Thanks for anyone who can/will set me straight on how that all works :) Again, my apologies if any numbers in there are inaccurate.

While I cannot confirm this, I must say it is highly likely that you will benefit from Sacred Duty/Combat Expertise.

This is purely based on a similar situation on my Druid. With the HotW talent, I get 20% more Int in all forms. My current MotW gives me +10 Stats, thus +10 Int, but when I look at the tooltip I see +12 Int, +10 Spi. (I'm Feral with absolutely no +Int or +Spi on my gear so there's nothing that would explain me having more Int than Spi other than HotW boosting my MotW)

From fiddling around with character profiles and armories and doing equations and what-not, I can say with about a 90% certainty that talents (and buffs) that increase stats by x% increase this amount after totalling base, armor, and buff stats.

Thanks for the input :) I was thinking they would, but wasn't totally sure.
