hi, i was wondering if 2 tree druids can cast lifeblooms on the same target,will they stack?

Yep. All Hots, wether in tree form or not, will stack with the Hots of other druids.

Me and my friend are doing dual druids, he pops a regrowth and rejuv on himself as I popped them on him before a fight. He ended with full health.
