subtlety? PVEFollow

Im going to roll a rogue and i was looking at the talent points and really like the subtlety tree. Is it really that bad at lvling? Can anyone that hase tried or did lvl with a subtlety build let me know . thanks

Ask yourself what 2 moves you will be using the most from 1-70. Then the answer you seek will be revealed.

Subtlety is by far the worst tree for leveling. It has virtually no talents that increase your damage. As a damage dealing class, that's very, very bad.

I leveled up sub to about mid 40s. At that point I switched to combat maces for a change in pace. Mid 50s I went back to sub for PvP. At 62 I went mutilate. And now... Im going back to ShS :P

You can level up any spec you want. It's a matter of preference. Sure combat has steady damage and control, but sub has utilities, and assass has burst. The same goes for weapons, swords/maces/fists have steady damage, daggers allow you to use every (rogue) ability in the game (ambush, BS, mutilate).

Level up whichever tree you think is best, If you dont like it, share with us your problems with it and we'll help, and if we cant, respec.
