Alright that is mazzleui,why do I know this well it's cause I use it myself and let me tell you this is a really great ui and has some really cool features.it can be found here:

Steps for installing MazzleUI with my Addon Pack are as follows:

it leaves out the step telling you to load out of date addons though. To do that, before you log in, at the char select screen, in the bottom left is a button called AddOns. Click that and a window pops up, in the top right of the window is a checkbox for load out of date addons, check it, hit ok and your good to go.

lol, awesome have fun with it, also it can be totally customizable. I usually set up my own bars because the hunter layout Isn't that great, it scrambles your shots in with your melee abilitys. I like to have two bars with my shots one with melee attacks one with traps and the rest with misc. bullstuff. I also put my own two seperate bars for my pet abilitys and aspects on the right hand side of the screen with all my tracking abilitys also.I don't much use WOWs new little tracking system button because I rather see it instead of searching for a tiny a$$ button (takes to long for me).

Actually alot of my Guild members have been having issues with Omen glitching out on them, none of us "Inferior" KLH users have :)

I see it everytime when our rogue overnukes when we are fighting multiple mobs. Whilst most are using Omen and have more or less correct threat values against those mobs, our rogues really likes ktm which does not calculate hate against different mobs. He has quite a repair bill in some of our raids :-)
