Yesh. Had a similar one a while back on my Undead Rogue. Its OK. Good normal / burst damage (from adrenaline rush / cold blood). Also allows for quick addition of combo so you can get them ruptures / slice and dice in there too. Worked out well till I went heavy into Sub and fell in love with ShS. :)

I don't see this build working well, but if you want to try it at least allocate the points properly.

Yeah. Personally TB is pants. You have poisons for that. I agree with Samperor...drop it and go Blade Fury and Weopan Exp. Apart from that, I would do the following:
Drop them all. Respec deep sub for a week before Hemo gets nerfed, and enjoy the Sub tree for the small time it well EVER be viable :)
Also this is my current build for my NE Rogue..

Its good for PvE and PvP at the mo. Any ideas of making it better? Or what do u guys rekon would be best to extend to? My Horde Rogue is full Combat (and part Assas) and has been for ages. Want some change!

I realized later it was dumb to max out poisons over SF. And I didn't really know if BF and WE would be better than twisting, as a first shot I thought maxing out dazes + mace stuns was best.
Full combat is just so boring....

I am 0/14/41 atm (still leveling). It is fun as hell, just sad that everyone thinks 'step has an upper limit to its success.

i used a 30-31-0 build for a good amount of time actually.... it was a nice change of pace for when i was grinding money and bg farming
the problem is its meant for fist spec, since SF needs more crit (i had almost 35% when i was this build)
now its not to say this build is terribad, just one of its biggest moves goes from a 1:3 chance (33% crit area) to under a 1:4 chance (23% effective crit if your opponent is 400 resil)
its not horrible in pve, particularly well at 5 man content
im a fan of riposte though, and its a big help in a crit heavy build since that means big hits with it :D
