That's what Allakhazam says about Elune's Grace, I remember it used to be about -7 damage from ranged attacks or something like that... 7% maybe? Idk, please correct, but is this change real? Because then Elune's Grace is awesome and great for PvP in my opinion.
Also, Devouring Plague. I just got it on my UD Priest, can anyone tell me when to use it? I was thinking just PvP, since it's so damn mana-expensive. And I wouldn't use in solo PvE because it would mess up my spell rotation and spend a lot of mana, and it wouldn't use it in groups because damage aggro + healing aggro = lolz pewpew in ur face AMIRITE?
