When im pvp (ferel) at lvl 49 i have some troble agaist hunters im fine dpsing them down but when i get at 70% and my ferenzic regeneration is on a CD i dont know what i can do to get a heal off. if i bash then travle form they own me. if i root them they trinket and get me. is their any sugestions about how to come out of forms and heal?

barkskin should help. shift out, hit barkskin, then regrowth yourself and rejuv yourself. scatter shot can kinda stop this, as can intimidation, but those are both shorter than barkskins duration is, so youll have time to get a heal off. just make sure you dont heal too low or you could die anyway.
also keep in mind barkskin can be used while stunned (as from intimidation).

Cyclone can help, bash and regrowth (especially if you have the Brutal Impact talent). A 5 pt maim gives you 6 seconds as well. Hunters are much harder now with there mortalstrike type shot & almost no dead zone, so they will often be a real challenge.
ya, at your level thats really it. you can try barkskin > hibernate pet to help give you some breathing room, but my experience is most hunters are BM specced in that bracket, meaning they push a button and the pet gets big and red and angry and then pwns you.
now, if you can wait till after the big red pet does its thing, then the hibernate should work. altho an improved mend pet hunter has a decent chance of taking the hibernate off. its at least something else to do that might buy you some time.

If you're Tauren use a Stomp->Regrowth->Rejuv macro. Make sure you're close to both the Hunter and his pet when you use it.
As for them trinketing out of Roots, just use it a second time. Even with diminishing returns it should last long enough for you to run away out of range and get a few heals off.
Anyway, if they trinket out of Bash they can't trinket out of Roots because of the trinket CD, or vice versa.
