Ok, since this group has given me great answers so far, How does a person (toon) grind specific faction? Do you gain faction by killing enemies of that faction? I know that there is a certain amount of rep to be gained in questing, but where else can I get rep?

Killing enemies and questing for the faction help. Not sure if there is a list of enemies that have faction gains, but quests are located here:
