Although with that gear, I would suggest skipping season 3 and getting season 2 instead, so you can gear up faster.

Headgear gives you access to a meta gem, and you can make the frozen shadoweave robe to replace the chest. I'd go with the headgear, but really, you need to replace both asap, along with the belt and the weapon.
But our team don't have a good rating we are at the moment under 1500. We don't make a lot of points that way. I think i'll gear up slower but i 'll stay with S/ to have good gear when the S4 start i'm not in a big race to gear up.
You should just gear up in honor gear and then get the newest season imo, I regret buying s1 stuff in s2 anyway. With full epic equips and a decent setup you should be able to get at least 1700 in in 3v3 or 5v5.
