This question may have been answered in a previous topic, so i apologize if it is a repeat. The answer may also be obvious but i'm just not seeing it. Anyways...
I was leveling a boomkin (45 tauren on Laughing Skull) and was planning a PvE build. I currently have points in Dreamstate for mana regen. I plan on going into the resto tree in the future and was wondering if the mana regen of Intensity would stack with that of Dreamstate.

Yep, they stack.
EDIT: Keep in mind that Intensity is based on Spirit which, as a DPS caster, you may not get a lot on your gear.
