There is my armory, my eq is rather "sporadic" as you could say. I mean I do well enough I just think it could be better. At my level should I be pumping up spell dmg/spell crit instead of stats? or just going full board on stats until 70? Also does spell hit improve chances of hitting mobs higher level then you?

That is my Talent spec, as wonderfully bad as it is. I'd like to stay frost as I love the slowing/chill affects of the tree, plus that added survivability of access to ice barrier is nice. Just I need to respec it and make it more focus'd I guess. Any help would be greatly appreciated

For your armory, I'd say that you only have 6 levels left until you get to the outlands... the gear there kicks tail. Just hurry up and get there. Questing from 52 -> 58 is easy, I just did it on my pally.

When you get to the outlands, you'll start to concentrate on spell damage and such. For your spec, look in the sticky at the frost builds there. You can stick with it if it pleases you to, but if you haven't tried fire, I'd give it a shot (if you have some non-frost specific gear), or try it when you get to 58-60. Not saying it is superior as far as leveling goes, just different and you should learn how to play all the different specs of your class. They are *all* fun! In the mean time, look at the frost specs if you don't have any non-frost specific gear and make sure to max out things like frostbite and piercing ice.

I was actually fire spec up until I had access to Ice barrier, after switching, I just prefer frost at this point. Only spec I havent tried yet is Arcane, and thats just because from what i've read its not really all that viable as leveling, its more of a raid spec, and thats IF you have the gear for it.

There is something to be said for deep arcane, but you are right... it should be reserved mostly for lvl 70 specs. Also, until you get your gear up to par, the 40 points in arcane with at least 11 in fire is a viable build as the spell damage added is more than you get with your gear.

All this being said, I'd just use a frost build from the sticky and get my tail up to 58 so you can get to the tBC content.
