About to ding 70 - change to PvP specFollow

the subject says it all really. I am currently heavy demon spec 11 points in destruction the rest in affliction.

Once I ding 70 I intend to spend far more time in PvP and i was wondering if any veterans out there could give me the best options for talent repeccing for BG type environments.

There are a few threads which sort of cover this but it would be good if someone who has been there and done it all could list the viable options and the pros and cons for both so I can make some informed decisions.

I have been doing some BG's with my demon spec at 67 and 69 but my damage seems to be jack **** compared to the other players out there so I feel that I must be doing something wrong yet one of the threads below seems to suggest that 43 in demon is the best spec. Just doesnt seem that way to me.

Some specs:
Sl\Sl great surviving spec,low dps,roll with felhunter,caster killer,shines in 2v2 arena teams,best spec if you got lousy gear.you got 1 point left ,put where you see fit.

Affliction pvp my favorite spec,you got 3 points left , imp HS or imp imp maybe.you can also do pve with this.to make this spec work in serious pvp you need gear. 200 or more resilience and 12k hp minimum.you wont get dispelled bc unstable affliciton.also roll with felhunter,not imp.tho i use imp in battlegrounds for dark pact.in arena felhunter,always.

I personally like to go SL/SL for both BG and Arena. Nothing better than rolling up to a warrior with more HP than him. Only thing is I wish blizzard would put a talent like iHOT up more in the talent tree!
