Chance To Crit QuestionFollow

Ok, so this weekened I spent a lot of timing grinding out all 27k honor needed for a Gladiator's Heavy Crossbow as I am loving pvp and getting myself geared for it. I logged on this morning to purchase it, equip it, and got very excited about the damage increase from my previous weapon, Valanos' Longbow. But then I noticed something that seemed odd to me, despite the Gladiator's Heavy Crossbow having 2 more crit rating, my chance to crit fell from 20.22% to 19.55%. This is the only item I changed, and I gained +15 Stam, +4 AP, +12 Resil, +2 Crit Rating, and only lost -10 Int. Can anyone explain to me why with an increase in Crit Rating, my Chance To Crit would decrease? The only thing I can figure myself is the weapon is now .3 slower, but I really have no idea and have never heard of weapon speed affecting chance to crit, but I guess you never know. Any light shed on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

because this is a crossbow, and you dont have no 350 skill.

to be honest, the same has happened to me a couple of times, that you switch weapon and suddenly it looks weaker.

but i always found out what it was before posting a question here =P
