I still love Click2Cast. Coupled with XPerl unit frames, it'll let you macro heals to mouse buttons and thus heal the raid just by mousing-over the raid frame--no need to switch targets.

I wrote this up for my guild awhile ago:

Grid is the pinnacle of healbot UIs of the various ones I've tried (which I should mention doesn't include all of the ones mentioned here). Extremely good at communicating all the important information, and in such a tiny amount of UI space!

The mod tracks debuffs, which player(s) have aggro, and which players have heals incoming already (or maybe it's which players have healers targeting them, I dunno yet)

I second that emotion. With the qualification I'm talking 5-mans, not raiding.

Yep, I use Grid too and love it lots. When there is to much happening on my screen all at the same time, say as with Xperl, it gets me anxious. Another simple to install, no configuration required, yet informative UI that I've added as well is VisualHeal. It's great!!!

For raids, it shows the cast order of incoming heals on a single target AND it makes an average estimate to show the effect of those heals. Its a definite mana savers since you can stop casting heals that would land as overheals. Or, for some bosses that require overhealing, it shows how much is coming. The only trick is that all healers in the raid need to have it installed since the spell info is passes around behind the scenes.
