I've read a bit about the different Talent builds and what works when and what doesn't. i dont understand this build at all... is it meant to be caster dps or melee dps?

it's a mix of both that i was thinking about trying out? Just kinda wanted input..
i kinda thought the above build over i think this might work a little better does good for melee dps, and adds a little to spell dps. I would like to stay in enhancement.

It's a suicide build, and it's a lot of fun.
Biggest problem is you don't have a lot of survivability.
I think my new favorite build is along the lines of 10/44/7.
It's a full enhance build with few enough points in resto to still be a suicide build.
Gives you very good melee DPS, adds in the 2 top tier talents in Enhance to buff your shocks, and gives you 7 points in resto for the cheaper totems and inp reinc.
