Fel steed and Dread steedFollow
I was wondering do you need to get your rideing skill up or do you just buy the fel steed spell? i know you have to do a quest for the dread steed but do i need to get my rideing skill up for that?
You do not have to train riding skill for either one.

I don't see the harm in asking. Blizzard makes patches that change things and some of the guides on here are very outdated.
