About to hit 70 and need some BG helpFollow

#1 Dec 14 2007 at 10:10 PM Rating: Decent
I have leveled all my way using Fury, however after reading forums I have found that this is not the way to go.

I am looking to play BG a lot now that I am about to hit 70 so I can get some good gear.

What is the best spec for warrior to use in BG's using a 2h weapon (talent build link would be great). And would this build be any good to use on a 2H sword? http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LqMcdAbox0zZVEzV0x0zZc

Thanks for all the help guys :)

for best pvp viability, you need imp intercept, and 2 points of imp hamstring arent a bad idea either (but not needed). weapon mastery is nice, but again, not needed. you definetely want second wind tho.

id go at least 33 into arms for second wind and MS, and be sure to snag imp intercept as well. dont bother with imp HS....1 rage off really isnt that big a deal.

also, for fury, 1 point of flurry isnt bad, but if you want flurry, try to get at least 3 points, or else dont bother with it. thats my personal belief anyway.

heres what i used for quite awhile:

heres what i recently respecced to in order to satisfy my own curiosity and prove something to myself:

either could work, but id recommend trying the first one (33/28) first. the second one...well, im not going to tell anyone else to spec ER until i get some first hand experience with it. i tried it in BG's today, was good stuff for the most part, but i miss sweeping strikes and enrage a lot in BG's. theres just so much going and rage rarely is an issue so theyre both a huge boost to potential damage. i have yet to try the ER spec in arena, which is mostly why i specced it, so ill get back to you on that one. for now, the 33/28 is good in arena and great in bg's, and the ER spec is good in BG's, but not as good as the 33/28.

Thank for the advice guys, sorry for the long reply but I assumed I would get an email with a link regarding any replies. I will prob try all of them out some time over the next week to see what one is best set up for my style of play.

If anyone has anything else to suggest then please do :)
