My druid is almost 58 and I think I'm going to take him to Outlands this weekend (first toon I've gotten high enough since upgrading my computer so it could run xpac). Now I havent pvped much with this guy and he's wildly undergeared, my plan was to do 58 and 59 in Outland and then learn how to run him in BGs with the help of all this phat Outland gear, and move on to life past 60 when a friend catches up with me. So with that in mind...and the fact that I'm a complete noob to TBC content, what quests/items should an undergeared soon-to-be 58 feral druid look for so he doesnt get three-shotted in WSG?

Finish Hellfire Peninsula, basically.

I agree. There are many 3-quest long or 4-quest long chains that end with a nice blue reward that you'll keep for a while. It's not optimal for Rep grinding but it's not necessary either.

The very first quest I did (wasn't even hard) in Hellfire gave me a pretty nice staff (at least it was a huge upgrade for me).

And of course, you need the Jerkin of the Untamed Spirit. That's a chain and a little tougher but IMO worth it.

(edited to fix a link)

Wow. Makes me feel like an idiot for spending 4 hours in ST to get the class quest done...but I suppose having the Grizzled Pelt will make it easier to eventually get this...
