ok, well I must have missed this in the last patch notes and just in case anyone one else missed it.
you can buy Reputation specific Ammunition from vendors in Shatt as opposed to having to, for instance go to the outside of Kara to buy Mysterious Shells.

Odd that they don't sell scout's arrows (CE rep, friendly). I'm using those on my hunter right now, he's not 65 yet and scout's arrows are more dps than the level 60 arrows.
News to me. Curiousity sake though. How is the discount measured? Since it is aldor/scryers merchant is the 5/10/15/20% discount based on them, or is it based on the item itself. Saying you are honored with Aldors and Exalted with Honor Hold, would you get the 10% or 20% discount on Felbane Slugs?

I believe I read that the discount is the Aldor/Scryer rep discount. Thinking about it, I pay 80s per stack at Aldor vendor for Mysterious Arrows (normally 1g per stack). I'm exalted with Aldor (20% discount), but only revered with Violet Eye (15% discount), so I must be paying the Aldor rep price.
You still have to have the appropriate faction rep to buy the ammo, but the price is Aldor/Scryer rep modified.

damnit... 95% to revered with Scryers... I guess I know what I'll be grinding over the next few days.

Heh, thanks for this Dbernor. I never realised that there was a special ammunition vendor in Shat. Now i can buy warden's Arrows without have to go to Cenarion refuge =D
Holy crap. I had no idea about this. Time to switch to the kara arrows then.
Perhaps I'm blind but I can't find the Aldor vendor, Bova. I'm not finding the NPC at the location shown on the Allakhazam map. Would one of you provide a location description?

The Aldor ammo vendor is in the small building to the north of the elevator (map) at approx. 37,27. I always fly up there, but I'll try to give walking directions:
Go up the elevator,
turn right (north),
enter small building on your right (east),
look left, Bova is in the alcove.

To help people find the merchants, use your new tracking feature on your mini-map.
Go to your appropriate area (Aldor/Scryer) and select Ammunition or Ammo (can't remember exactly) from the drop down list.
That will lead you right to these guys.

Sweet, thanks! Cenarion Refuge is only a short flight away, but this is still a lot of time saved.
Thanks for the description. I found the ammo vendor in one of the larger buildings near the cliff overlooking the bulk of Shatt. My mistake was looking only at the various anchorites standing in the small shelters.
