Are you talking about rogue armor? Clothie arcane resist is soulcloth.

There is no set for leather wearers with AR. Unlike clothies our AR pieces are not grouped into a set. The items you are looking for are most likely the enchanted clefthoof pieces (consisting of boots, gloves and leggings).

Don't think there's a single encounter in the game that requires any amount of Arcane Resist, though.

Edit: Typo

Unless, of course, you find yourself getting owned by arcane mages. If thats the case... get help.

Or for some reason his guild uses a soaker for Curator and he is the soaker.

If that's the case he has even worse problems than getting owned by arcane mages.

well, if you need it badly enough there should be some ... of arcane resistance greens on the AH

Some guilds use AR on melee DPS for Voidwalker, but it's a complete waste. A single Shaman or Holy Priest can keep all the melee up and it's not like tank damage in that fight is much of an issue.

It's most likely for curator, 200 AR is good for soaking and that way you don't have to chase flares the whole dam time.

Rogues are bad bolt soakers. We do great on flares, and classes like Warlocks do abysmally. Putting a lock on bolts and the rogue on flares works much, much better. Arcane Resist on VR is also a bad idea. If your healers can't keep up, then you need to look for new healers.

i think you use ArcResist for void reaver, since 150-ish absorbs the pulse aoe thing he does? unsure

After going out of town for the Holidays, I just wanted to drop in and say that...

Yes, I am the Flare chaser for Curator. Normally my guild would not use melee on Curator, but I need the T4 gloves and wouldn't mind Garona Signet. So I'm just running for those drops.

The arcane resist set is below, with a cloak that drops from the first boss in Bot.

Boots

Gloves

Leggings

Good +12 to all Resistances Cloak

Neither Curator or VR are that hard...whats the point in gimping your DPS for AR?

is none really

but honestly, your guild DOESNT use rogues for the sparks on curator by choice?? ive never seen those killed as well by another class, if compared to how a combat swords rogue does it

Arcane armor kit. I wouldn't recommend it though.
