Resto Arena Spec QuestionFollow

This is the current Arena spec that I'm most likely going to take.

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/druid/talents.html?01430000000000000000050023210000000000000005053301031500501350

I realize that it somewhat gimps my ability to raid heal. Namely with the loss of ToL. However, this has got to be a pretty dominant spec for my 3v3 team which currently consists of MS Warrior and an Affliction Lock. My question is about Feral Swiftness.

(1) Does this stack with the Gladiator Gear's 4 piece set bonus of 15% increased movement speed.

(2) Are the Arena's considered Outdoors? i.e. will I get the movement speed bonus whilst in the arena or just the dodge bonus.

If I only get the 4% dodge it hardly seems worth giving up ToL. However, if the answer to both my questions is YES. Then I'm sitting on 45% movement speed in Cat form, 55% in Travel, and a whopping 15% in Bear. This has GOT to make me damn near invincible with my MS Warrior smashing Hamstrings around and my Affliction Lock fear-kiting their poor souls.

Anyways thanks for the answers in advance!

Answer is 2 times yes... Though if I were you, I would get Natures reach as well - being able to CC further away can easily win you games, but that's ofc my opinion and playstyle.

This is the cookie-cutter Resto arena spec. It gives you 2 flex points. If you want to heal raids/heroics, then I'd strongly suggest picking up ToL.

Honestly, druids are darn near unsnareable without Feral Swiftness anyway. I really don't think you're going to get much lift out of it. If your warrior is hamstringing people, your travel form is going to be plenty fast to get you the separation you need. Since you're not taking any of the HT talents, ToL is really the only viable way for you to heal in PvE. I'd strongly suggest putting one of those flex points in ToL, unless you're looking for a pure PvP build.

OOC isn't going to get you much in the arena. As a Resto druid, your job is going to be to heal your team, and interrupt, CC, and annoy the opposing team. You won't be meleeing enough for this to proc.
