Ok here's the deal. My current spec is ar/prep with sword spec.

I want to switch to arena PVP maces eventually but currently have none. I currently have Blinkstrike in MH and S1 OH sword. I need to get Honor points to buy the S1 maces and other equip. In the meantime do you think I am better off BG farming with current spec or switching to maces now and buying best ones available in AH. On an additional note I am mining and putting away supplies to use for Shadowpanther.net zero to Drakefist BS guide. My question is since I need so many honorpoints for other equip slots is this still a viable way to go or is it still advised to use HP for S1 maces. Thanks

I'd wait until you actually have maces until you spec them. Mace spec is king for PvP imo.

the 5 left over points I put in Imporved SND and Nerves of steel
So is AR/Prep in itself retarded, the fact that I chose riposte, or my use of the 5 left over points?
Not trying to be overly defensive here just curious what changes to make when I respec. I was considering a simular build with swapping the 5 sword points over to mace but it seems like that is a bad idea.

I am half tempted to say go with the maces so you get used to them over swords, but they really aren't that much different overall...
The builds that people are using are 0/31/30 and 0/33/28, not 0/37/24.
Look at my build in the armory, then if you want NoS, take 2 points out of Deadliness.
You need deadliness in a hemo build to make it worthwhile.
