Would this build be a viable build?

I am mainly only using this alt for farming and some 5-man instances. I do not plan to raid with this character. Basically just a mat/money farmer for my main and I was wondering if this would be a good build?

I'd probably go with more slaying talents instead of parry, and I don't find FD gets resisted often enough for that to be useful, but aside from that it's a good build. good CC, decent dps

this is probably what I'd go with, focusing on 5 mans and soloing, with deterrence for pvp stuff. You could also put points into imp wing clip if you wanted to do lots of pvp.

Thanks for the replies. I will take the suggestions and give it a shot. I will not be doing any PvP, I really dislike PvP so I will stick to PvE, but I like the suggestions.
