Okay, I know this is going to be a stupid question, but I heard of a story where Shamans had a buff that was able to stack. This buff was when World of Warcraft first came out or something. This "buff" was so stackable that a group of Horde shammies stacked it on one shaman for about 10 minutes straight. After that, the lone shaman ran into IronForge and leveled the place.

Like I said, the story is very far-fetched, but my friend insists that he saw this video. I could not find it on YouTube. I was wondering if any of you heard of this story.

Cheers,

Marc

Not completely sure but sounds like a bad game of telephone.

Shamans don't have any, other then ES and Totems, buffs for others. So I am assuming, he heard about the old Stormstrike bug.

The -20% nature resist from Stormstrike would stack. Depending on how many shamans you had. 15 shamans all doing Stormstrike on one target and follow it with a lightning bolt crit like in the video below.

Nice 25k crit

Wouldn't really help destroy IF though, I don't think.

It's actually 20% increased nature damage taken, doesn't affect resistance as I don't believe having negative resistance does anything more than having 0 resistance.
