how much + hit do i need for kara tanking?

You should probably put all your tanking gear on if you want feedback on that and other aspects of your gear, which I assume you're open to if not looking for since you linked your Armory instead of just asking the question.
+hit is always a help, but not required for tanking. It smooths out bumps nicely though, as nothing's worse than a missed/parried mangle and watching the dps descend unaware (get threatmeters!).
I just have hit and expertise from my Earthwarden and my Brooch of Deftness (a great purchase for that reason) and do fine. It's best to pick it up as you find it rather than dropping tank gear.
