Considering how everyone's highest priority becomes slapping me with CC during my AR, and all the O-board talk (read: whining) of taking AR off prep, how would this build do?

It essentially replaces the burst of an AR with a Dirty-Deeds-buffed CB imp. evis, twice in a match, perhaps even three times, depending on the length of the match. Better yet, my burst-on-command cooldown doesn't tick away uselessly when I get CC'ed.

i can almost bet money ar stays on prep, but you lose weapon spec (mace stuns mainly) and all the combat goodies to do this
its not bad to say, but if your doing arena and your main dps, you lose a lot of ground as far as that goes
itll kill your pve performance too
you get more performance on
healers at low hp only (non paladin)
but lose ground on
everything else really
its more of a 1v1 build, maybe good if your daggers... or if you play with a healer since qr is huge win
