Basic question, but I couldn't find the answer in the sticky or WoWWiki: do my totems benefit from + spell damage I'm wearing?

I'm new to the class and have a low level I'm bringing up Resto, and right now my searing totem seems to be doing most of the killing for me so I want to make sure I'm using totems as effectively as possible.

Thanks.

Additional notes
1)+Healing does not apply to bandages or potions. Trinkets should no longer be affected.
2)Shaman totems receive benefit from +Damage.
3)Hunter Traps don't receive a benefit from increased spell damage

Yup, according to elitistjerks.com, Searing Totem receives about 18% of your +damage. This makes sense from what I've seen.

Fire Nova and Magma totems in theory should get about 21%, but that's not confirmed.

I do what I can Teacake :-)

To be honest, I came across that info by accident last week while doing research on spell crit for my pally. It was tacked onto the very bottom of the page. Would be nice if it was included on the "totem" section of Wowwiki as well.

I've also read that +Healing works as well. Which makes Healing Stream totem much more helpful for a resto Shaman.

This is correct. I believe its something like 6-8% of healing, but I'm not positive.
