Are our pets immune to Prince?Follow

I tackled Prince for the first time a couple days ago, and while I tried to keep up with the warnings that melee should get out of range for the Shadow Nova, I missed pulling my lion back once (maybe twice). But he never seemed to be hurt. I also noticed that not once was he enfeebled.

Are our pets really dot's? Do we not have to look after them as melee combatants?

Have you taught your pet avoidance? If so, I think thats what it may be. That would have to be my best guess or otherwise I'm really no help.

I have never seen my pet get enfeebled, but it could be just pure luck. He does take damage from the Shadow Nova and Infernals though. To be sure, pull him back just like the melee are pulling back. If not, keep Mend Pet on him during those Shadow Novas.

No idea if avoidance has to do with thit. Or they just "forgot" to make pets target for that.
Day before yesterday, I did noticed my pet is untouchable by Lurker's Sprout.
Or it must be drawing lag. But my pet will never get of the 2nd platform, when I jump into the water.

About prince. My pet did died once from his axes :s
At least, it looked like it were the axes hitting on him

I'm pretty certain that pets can get hit with Enfeeble, but not positive. I know they can be hit with shadow nova.

Pets can not be targeted by enfeeble (at least I have not seen one enfeeble on my pet on all those kills).

Pets are affected by shadow nova (though avoidance helps a ton here), infernals and the axes.

It is very easy to heal the pet through the damage it takes, except infernals. However with an infernal on top of the main tank, just pull the pet back, wait till Prince is repositioned and send pet back in.
Basically Prince is a rather pet-friendly fight.

Aye, except for the Infernals, the Prince fight is great for Pets. Just send them in and let them work. My pet doesn't even need much in the way of Mend Pet during Prince.

And I'd bet the Pet is immune to enfeeblement. Pets are immune to a few things in Kara, including the chain effect from Maiden.

Nope. My pet hates that prick's music. It's like nails on a chalk board.

Prince only enfeebles the top five people behind the person highest on threat, meaning the top 5 DPS/ Healers behind the tank on threat. If your pet ever does get enfeebled, your raid has problems.

Avoidance helps a lot, but pets can still get hit by the infernals and the AoE Shadow Nova after he enfeebles.

I never need to pull pet back or even mend, she seems to regen in between shadow novas just fine.

If you fight The Lurker you always leave your pet on the main platform and order him to stay, so that he is already positioned behind Lurker when he pops and returns there when he dives.

Two posts above eplained it perfect. Prince is a very pet friendly fight and only need to bring him in if an infernal drops within range.

Thank you. Yourself and Prince have just collectively ruined Christmas with your talk of wrongly-coloured (and perhaps acidic) water cycles. I blame Prince for the rise of leet speak... As well as anything bad that happened before he was even born. :P
