I'm planing to start an ally pally. But i dont know wich spec and wich race i should take.... can someone help me plzz

haha, wow thats wide open.... um, i reccomend draenei and holy... or maybe a dwarf with um, prot spec... might want to try being a human though and why not make it ret....
um, seriously though race i mostly personal preference, although in my opinion the race/spec combo's i just said are possibly the more logical combo's.... but any race can do well in any spec.
as far as spec.... what are you trying to do? do you want to keep your friends alive? maybe take on large numbers of mobs at once and survive? or maybe destroy one or 2 targets at a time, but fast? when you ask for advice it'd help if you tell us a little more about what you'd like to accomplish.
oh.... and read the FAQ.... it adresses both the race and spec questions quite well...

You should pick the race you think is cool and/or you wouldn't mind staring at for hundreds of hours if you're planning on taking this character to 70 and to raids or arenas. As for spec, I suggest ret in the beginning(look at capn jack's sticky, he has good starting suggestions) for quicker leveling but it's not a requirement. At level 40, I reccomend switching to prot for fast grinding as well as being able to tank instances.
With all of that being said, what do YOU want to do!? It's your character, your game, be creative and do what you want. If you have a more specific question as far as, "what am I doing wrong? I tried X and Y strategy when trying to heal Z instance, how come my tank keeps dying?" later on, then you can fine tune your paladin to suit yours and hopefully others' needs.

Look at the FAQ, that's what it's there for, answering those questions.
Gnomes and Taurens make the best pallies. For leveling...go "Arcane".

Exactly. I'd recommend a Gnome Paladin. But instead of going Arcane, Spec for Feral Combat. You do however want to deck yourself out in all the +arcane gear you can to increase the effectiveness of your Frostshock, and grab the best 2-H wand for you level so you can keep up your DPS.

On that note, also, I'd like to thank CapJack for making the sticky in the first place. I've been levelling Pally recently, and I refer to it more or less every day.

Yes kudos to CapJack's FAQ. And thankyou Soulfulstrut. I would have never thought of rolling a gnome paladin. Imagine a Ret gnome pally running out in arena, charging in with a bubble up. Everyone would be like wtf PWN!

I am so down for a gnome pally. I would have been there and never looked back....
sadly I picked the next smallest guy and hated my dwarf holy pally ever since. Don't make the same mistake as I. (I'm refering to rolling a dwarf. oh and leveling holy)
