I'm a RogueFollow

So lately I've been down and out about being a Rogue. Wishing I had the time and ambition to roll a warrior alt.

Having rolled a hunter as a first toon to level 51, to then abandon him and roll a Pally to 68 to then change factions and decide to level up my level 36 undead rogue used for PvP BG's.

So I respec to combat swords and level him to now level 51. I decide to change specs again and try out the new hemo/ShS before its hit with the nerf bat.

All I can say is wow ! I actually feel like a rogue now, I’m no longer a leather wearing warrior wanna be. I’m a sneaky hemo hitting, shadowstepping, dirty deeds sapping mother effer (keeping it g rated) !

This is what a rogue is all about. Sure I don’t have the luxury of BF and AR when I get more than one mob, and chances are that if I pull too many I'm dead, but I don’t care because I’m actually having FUN.

I’m not going to be that rogue that leads the charges in BG no more in the hope of inspiring win. Instead I’m going to let those plate wearing, mortal strike dealing, intercept charging warriors do it. I’m going to sit there all stealth like and step into some shadows before appearing before the enemy (hopefully at less than 35% health) to open a can of whoop *** on them. Then ill disappear into the shadows like a true rogue.

Sure some of you may say this is what I should have been doing from the start even as combat spec'd. But when vanish doesn’t work and the enemy can see you from 10yards away while stealthed there is nothing sneaky about a rogue (sub talents help here). In fact that’s where our gimp warrior status comes into it and why you would probably prefer to be a warrior because at least then you have intercept/charge plus plate.

I know there is always the argument of Arena and raid spec's etc but at the moment I don’t care, I’m a Rogue now even if it lasts a short time and it feels good.

I hope it lasts because this will most likely be my last foray into this game at least until expansion, please be kind to us blizzard because there have been others waiting much longer for this and even more for a long time.

I specced shs for about a week and absolutely loved it! But when I did instances my damage output wasn't coming close to what it used to be when I was combat/muti. Then I found out about combat/hemo, prep! But yes, ShS is TONS of fun for the bg's. Glad your enjoying it.
