Ok, here is my dilemma. I have a 68 paladin which I always run alongside my brother's warrior. He is using a hybrid Arms/Fury build which seems to be spread a little thin. Here is his current build:

http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/character-talents.xml?r=Lightbringer&n=Jeckle

We both run dps gear with 2-h weapons for normal questing. For instances I switch into a healing set and he throws on a shield. We plan on doing 2v2 and heriocs one day (no raiding) and he is aware that he will probably have to tank.

He has been a decent tank so far in the normal 5-mans...but he isn't spec'd for it and doesn't really know much beyond the basics. From what I hear heriocs will require a full prot tank. He has just recently started asking me about his build. And I'm trying to steer him in the right direction. I think it may be a wise decision to respec now so that he can learn how to incorporate a shield into his tactics. But he loves his 2-h weapons, and it's not necessary at this point for him to go full prot (since we have a lot of questing left). So I'm thinking of proposing this build to him as a "baby-step".

I don't feel qualified to advise him that his current build isn't as effective as it could be...since my lvl 60 warrior has been prot since day one.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

EDIT: Of course 30 seconds after posting this I realized the Sticky has an Arms/Prot build...damn me for not scrolling down for enough!!! I'm assuming that the sticky build is better than this one. RPZip seems to know his stuff. But please advise me anyway on how to "clean up" his existing build just in case he refuses to go Arms/Prot.
