So, apparently Icy Veins decreases casting time when used by 20%. Okay, fine. Does anyone have any idea if it will stack with a Troll's Berserking racial? A 30% to 50% decrease in casting time for six seconds would yield 4 Frostbolts in a span of six seconds, meaning if both abilities stack, it's 15 Frostbolts for the Icy Veins duration. That's some significant DPS, and I just need to know if both abilities will stack with each other.

I'm sure they stack, but I don't think it's Additively.
I can not imagine they would not stack.
I agree with Poldaran but would multiplicatively it would work out to 1.4 second cast (with talents)? That is a 1.1 second decreace on 2.5 seconds
6.0 seconds /1.4 =4.3 frostbalts so yeah that would yield 4 frost bolts in 6 seconds.

the problem with that is once you go below the 1.5s you are fighting with the global cooldown, throw in some haste gear or quag's eye and it is hurting/capping even more so.
