How many and what lvl for the Warlock mount quests?Follow

First off I have tried reading old posts and Wiki, but since the quests apparently change when they patch I wanted to make sure I'm fully up to date on my info.

Okay I just recently hit 60 and wanna get my mount before moving on. I've done all the soloable quests, now I just need to do Scholo and Dire Maul. I have two ppl willing to help for sure almost anytime a 70 Paladin that needs to go for his quest, and a 60 Rogue. Will just the three ofus be able to handle it? Actually I would need a fourth member, one of my guild Warlocks that already has the items I believe he is 68. So my questions are pls

1. Will my 60, a 70 Pally, and a 60 Rogue be able to do it if I buy the 3 big items myself?

2. How much are those 3 items total, I figure it might be nice to have them so I can help future Locks.

3. If the three member group isn't enough, will the fourth member be enough or do we need five?

I believe ( I may be wrong) That all the 3 items are around the 250g mark in total.

Enslave Demon, and put your new Felguard on Agressive. If it wears off or FG dies, grab a new one. Reasoning: it takes at least one FG out immediately, and it does a lot of damage to the other demons (I think it one-shots the imps).
