I see alot of shaman with a fast offhand and i was wondering if they cancelled the 3 sec windfury rule, if they did im not gonna go wast all my honor on a slow off hand, somebody want to tell me if they did remove it or not?
no, theyre shamtards, off-hand should be =to or slower. ^_^

The cooldown likely will not be removed unless if it is replaced with a much harsher nerf.
