BG / Arena Build Question / AdviceFollow

My guild is still a ways off from being ready to raid, so I've made the decision to get myself involved in the PvP scene. I've been running BGs like an absolute mad man trying to farm honor / marks for S1 and Honor gear. (I have 3/5 of the S1 now, still quite a ways to go, especially since no one on the Horde seems to understand how AV works...) When I started doing the PvP, I was using a cookie cutter 41/20/0 PvE build and doing alright.

The one thing I didn't like about that build was the "lack of control" when the fight was brought to my face, so I figured I would try this SV build so that I could enjoy some more CC with Scatter Shot and Wyvern Sting. Now I absolutely love Scatter Shot and couldn't imagine PvPing without it, but Wyvern Sting didn't really do it for me. Everytime I would try to sleep someone, someone would end damaging the target and ******** it all up. The one place I did find a nice use for it was in random 1v1 situations, it was nice to Wyvern, Trinket Up, Aimed Shot and blast away.

Anyway, using both of those specs I did some arena last week with a few guildies to get our feet wet in the whole experience. We did alright for it being our first time in the arena and when we started we had no pvp gear. 2v2 (Myself and an Affliction Lock) rating was 1459, 3v3 (Myself and 2 Frosties) rating was 1404. What I found during all of this was that I was seriously lacking in the burst damage I need to burn through a healer.(Especially Paladins in their plate, *shakes fist in anger*) This made me decide maybe it was finally time for me to try a MM spec. I respecced to this last night and was only able to run AV once with it. One thing I must say is I LOVE Silencing Shot. Watching a little annoying gnome mage run kamakazi style into a group on the bridge (/sigh, dumbasses wouldn't stop fighting on the bridge and bring it to Aid Station...) to just AE and FN, then silencing him before he can do any damage and watching him die before it wears it off gives me such joy.

The original purpose of this post (I know I've rambled off topic a little) was to have a BG / Arena spec discussion. After looking at those three builds, what would you guys recomend for BG's and Arena. I know now that they are two different beasts and could very easily require two different specs. Also, any criticism of those builds from a PvP perspective would be greatly appreciated. My personal favorite so far has been the MM build as it packs the most punch, but I have only used that build in one AV so I'm not sure how it will do in arena, although I imagine 3 seconds of silence every 20 seconds on a healer would probably be very nice.

On a slightly different topic, should I get the remaining 2 pieces of the arena gear, the 2 min CD / 20 resil trinket, or the S1 XBow next? I feel my survibility has jumped a alot from 3 pieces, but I know I need more. As you can see in my Armory (link in sig below) I am currently using Valanos' Longbow and the XBow would definately give me a nice damage boost.
