Ive seen some purple leather gear that u can buy in shat city but dont know where to get the items to purchase it? Is it fel arms that i need to collect? What mobs/dungeons do i need to go to get this stuff? Thanks.
That would be Tier 4 and 5 gear, raid loot.
Tier 4 comes from tokens dropped by bosses in Karazzhan, Gruul's Lair and Magtheridon's Lair.
Tier 5 comes from bosses in Serpentshrine Cavern and The Eye.

Or do you mean the badge rewards from Ge'ras. Every boss in Karazhan, Zul Aman and all Heroic level dungeons drop Badge of Justice. You can use these to buy the items
