17/0/44 frost pvpFollow

I PvP as 17/0/44, trying to think of what I could tell you that would be helpful but the post is a little vague.

Let's see, you should have a focus macro so you can polymorph a target without switching off your DPS target (every mage should). Your best source of burst is to wind up a Frostbolt, then just before it finishes casting have your water ele use freeze, then mash Ice Lance so both your FrB and lance get the Shatter bonus. If you pop a trinket (such as Icon of the Silver Crescent) right before you summon your water elemental, he gets the bonus spellpower from your trinket for the whole duration of the summon. Against warriors, don't Blink until the Intercept.

I've done 11k total with power infusion and berserking buff on, but that was in a wsg ofc :P.

You need focus macros for arena, I suggest you get one for polymorph too.

You'll be polymorphing, using regular nova defensively, and pet nova offensively. Your first and foremost task is to lock one person out of the game with polymorph, and switch to the next guy if you hit a diminishing return.
Basically just pop your elemental so he can cast, polymorph, and do a shatter combo when you have the time.

Use rank 1 polymorph and frost nova (and dampen magic is you roll with a healer).

Remember to use ice barrier.

Remember you'll probably need to burn imp cs on resto druids early, if something's bound to be dead in 4 seconds if he's not getting healed, just cs it.

Remember to spellsteal, blessing of freedom, blessing of protection, earth shield, these are yours now.

Learn to line of sight, you can often kite people for quite a while without taking damage.

Get the following addons:
NaturEnemyCastbar
Proximo
Xperl, Bulldog or any other UI addon that supports focus frames and target's target.
