I've seen a lot of crying over Prep/AR. Most of the "evidence" of its overpowered-ness is due to the fact that "All" Rogues are now spec'd 31/30 or 33/28.
Let's take a look at spec breakdowns of 2200+ teams.

Rogue: 50% are Spec'd Hybrid AR/Prep, and 50% are Spec'd something else.
Druid: 73+% Resto
Hunter: 52+% Marks
Mages: 72+% Frost
Paladin: 78+% Holy
Priests: 51+% Disc
Shaman: 53+% Resto
Warlock: 67%+ SL/SL
Warrior: 72%+ MS Arms/Fury
So, if this spec was soo OP it was easy-win mode, you'd expect everyone to spec it. In fact, less people spec it than the popular specs of other classes.
This isn't proof it's not OP, but it's good perspective. So if you're going to argue it's OP, please do not use % of rogues running it as evidence. It makes you look stupid.
AR/Prep is fun. It sucks they're gonna kill it and make me go back to combat. AR/Prep will still be decent, but it's a burst build and they're killing the burst damage. I think after the nerf it'll be a utility build. I don't have use for the utility, and if I did I'd go shadowstep. Teams generally focus my partner. Two sprints and vanishes/openers were nice, however.

That is terribly misguided. You understand a lot of classes are pigeon holed into their specs right?
All those percentages represent are Rogue class is moderately balanced and has a wide variety of valid specs.

They aren't killing it. They will be making Hemo hit a tad below full combat SS now. Don't you think that's justified considering what other things you gain from Subtlety now?
If you think AR/Prep is dead, then you should start from the beginning again and rework your logic.
